I am new to massage, yet years of computer work had caught up with me. I have sore shoulders and poor posture. Shel did wonders for me, three massage sessions and I have major improvement, less pain and he counseled me on better sitting/standing to improve my posture. He listened and gave me good advice.

Don’t think words could do justice to how good Shelbo is. His knowledge of the body and technique are just incredible. He treated areas that no other therapist had worked on before.

Shel is a wonderful person, very easy to talk to, very attentive to your needs and issues, even provides ways to help, such as stretching etc. Cannot recommend him enough
